text in labels will not adhere to the text wrap and will continue to go past the label into a void totally ignoring the wrap text

as you can see even if i make the label really tall it still refuses to go to the next line so i made sure it isnt a issue of the label being not tall enough

Wrapping only works if you use spaces, otherwise it assumes it's one very long word. There's no spaces in your string.
