I would like to press the middle mouse button in code editor and get a scroller pop up (similar to what happens in web browsers when you press the middle mouse button on a non-hot-spot part of the page).

This allows for speed scrolling, which I do often, and am a big fan of ^_^

Maybe my code should be broken up into smaller files, but it would be nice to have the feature.
