Crashes on launch, if you are curious about why I'm attempting to run on a fucking toaster its to see if I can run byond on a fucking toaster.
Which version failed to launch, and at which version did it start happening? Or does this happen even with 510?

I was running BYOND on an XP machine without incident right up through the middle of December. However, that was a machine with 3 GB of RAM. IMO, 192 MB simply isn't workable; too much of that is going to be taken up by the OS and other programs. Back when I used Windows 98 I was running with more than that.

What I can tell you for sure is that SP3 is absolutely required to run on XP. But you're really going to need enough RAM to handle both the OS and the actual programs you'll be running, and for XP that amount of memory doesn't cut it. I also know that certain things will not work without a lot more RAM, like for instance trying to run an SS13 server.
