This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary: When a macro is deleted from the macro editor list (Both Dream Seeker and Dream Maker), the macro remains usable.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Join a game that permits user configurable macros (Sample Environment)
2) Access the Options and Messages menu.
3) Client > Macros... > New Macro...
4) Set a macro. > OK > OK
5) Attempt to use the macro. The macro should work as expected.
6) Return to the macro directory listing.
7) Delete the macro from the macro directory listing.
8) OK
9) Attempt to use the deleted macro. Observe that the deleted macro is still functional.

Expected Results: For deleted macros to not work.

Actual Results: Deleted macros still work.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time.
In other games? Yes.
In other user accounts? Untested.
On other computers? Untested.

When does the problem NOT occur? Unknown.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? The issue did not occur in some earlier versions. The last known working version is currently untested.

Workarounds: The issue can be corrected by editing the .dmf file directly in a text editor.
Can confirm. I noticed this awhile back and forgot to report it. Whoops.
