I upgraded my pc, installed windows 7 to a new hard drive, tried running Byond, the process starts but nothing comes up. I'm wondering if it's possible that my old hard drive is connected to the PC might be the problem?

So far I've installed all the windows updates, installed the directx things, updated flash, did the directx filtering, etc.

Windows 7 Professional Service pack 1, 7600k processor, attempted beta, current version of beyond and the zip.
I have reinstalled internet explorer, did not do nothing. I have also noticed I do not have a byond folder created in my documents folder.
Have you reinstalled BYOND itself? If you have no folder in your documents that's a sign BYOND isn't installed properly.
I have reinstalled it several times.
Upgrading to Windows 10 fixed the problem. I suspect the processor was blocking the installation of some necessary updates because it was not compatible with Windows 7.
