Okay, so I'm trying to test some additions to the /tg/station codebase, a new map to be exact. Link to github: https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation
When I open it (tgstation.dmb) in dream daemon or dream seeker, after around 15 seconds on the timer, it just stops responding. It usually gets to about this point: https://gyazo.com/10577653a2266961566a275e766eada6
Waiting a while does not fix this. I uninstalled and redownloaded/installed BYOND to see if that helped and it did not- but I am on the latest BYOND release, 511.1383. I'm using windows 8.1. I compiled everything. I also tried this without changing anything at all to see if it was an issue with my code and it was not. Can anyone help with this? I can't really make a map if I can't test it. Thanks in advance.

holy crap im dumb lock this thread and delete it don't ever let it be seen. i guess if anyone has the same problem what you forgot to do is check the right options for loading the map. check basemap, loadallmaps, and the map you want to load. so yeah it does work now.

I think the fact that you solved this on your own and posted a solution is a good thing for future users, so to me it makes sense to just move this to Developer Help.
