Isn't there an app I can download on my android tablet to turn it into a windows tablet? Is there some way I can download byond on my android tablet?

You can play via the webclient, but otherwise no.

Long story short: most tablet CPUs won't run any instance of any BYOND program except the webclient. Not because of performance but because of compatibility. Even if you manage to install a linux distro on the tablet, it doesn't really work.
