Main Street Update 6

While this is a small update for the code base, it is a big update for the community! We now have dedicated hosting so Main Street should be accessible 24/7 from now on.

For content, we have added a new HUD on the right-hand side of the screen. This is the first of many steps in our plan to eradicate the entire text/tab panel on the right and go straight to a purely graphical interface with pixel art buttons and menus.

Upcoming Features:
[-]Negative advertisements will be purchasable from some news stands.
[-]Critics may write a helpful or harming review of your store.
[-]Players will be able to shop lift from other stores.
[-]Offline players will be charged taxes (and rent if they own a store).
[-]A leader board showing the most popular/valuable shops will be added.
[-]A new decorative object: fountains.
[-]Want to undercut your competition? We'll be adding the ability to change item prices to speed up sales or to raise your profit margin.
