unexpected file transmission

Thus far we've been unable to verify or reproduce this bug. Or, it has been observed but it cannot be triggered with a reliable test case. You can help us out by editing your report or adding a comment with more information.
I don't have the slightest clue what the following error means. BUG: Unexpected file transmission (packet_num = 2 (expected = 1),max=6,pid=4294967295)

No, there's not really enough information to go on. It's some kind of unexpected packet, but I really have nothing else to tell you without more info about the situation in which it happened.

I really just wanted to know what the error means but an administrator moved it to here.
