make a clan that has slightly higher gains but no clan skills,the only thing they get is a shirt(optional),like how the hatake clan is,where kakashi and his father dont have a kekei genkai but are strong since they are young,they can get like a katana or something on their back.
New Clan: Non-Clan (In General)

Description:
1) Non-clan have no unique jutsu or skills other than their own ability in training, different soft caps,
and maybe able to learn non-clan jutsu at a lower requirement than Clans with these same jutsu.
2) Some jutsu that are hard for Clans to learn, while Non-Clans can learn with real ease. Maybe a different requirement
or even such as move speed, or otherwise.
3) Maybe have a set list of jutsu to learn that they can choose for their Non-Clan character, or just add onto learnable
jutsu on the game.
4) Non-Clan Members can gain other attacks and abilities (Techniques, Passive, Game-Mecahnics, or otherwise) that Clan Members
can't.
5) Players who choose Non-Clan can possibly switch to a different clan before Chuunin (Maybe like possible discovering of
hidden clan abilities or something similiar.
7) Non-Clan members can harvest or be implanted with sharingan possibly with a new or multiple new medic jutsu that you obtain if you
are Non-Clan. The number of sharingan you can harvest and implant can maybe change depending on certain factors such as rank,
strength, requirements, and more.
8) Non-Clans could get random differences from other Non-Clans, such as how some people who arent really a clan or have a blood line,
are different from one another but still have special things they can do others can't because of their skill instead of just because
they were born with it.
9) Non-Clans can 'Be their own Ninja' and not have to go with the flow such as the way as Clans have.
10) For the sword on the back, just have a separate sword like that buyable or obtainable through a mission, easter egg, or random drops.
11) Their specific pro/cons could be customized on creation such as if they are to be better at taijutsu, but worse at ninjutsu, etc. for all,
having a specific limit of both they must choose, or ones they can be well rounded in which would be a bigger number of decidable perks/cons than
if you choose to have a specialty.
12) Additional Stuff anyone else may suggest for this since some of this might be disliked or have to be decided and adjusted or outweigh another
part under description.

Pros:
1)Gains are well rounded in all stats gaining about average or slightly above, but better with stamina than with chakra.
2)Chakra-Control, Seal Speed, and Reflexes all train about average rate as well.
3)Non-Clans are more custom and more unique for the specific player and can fit the players
4)Soft caps could be at a higher level than clan soft caps

Cons:
1) Stats are more well rounded, but choosing a specialty may cause other stats not to be as well rounded, and means that
training won't be as fast as a clan that gets a boost in that specialty or skill in training.
2) Won't be able to obtain any jutsu that any clan can obtain.
3) Some things could be harder for Non-Clans though
