I've been using DreamMaker for a while, typically writing code for SS13, but suddenly, I can't seem to open it any more. Every time I open DreaMaker, the icon for it pops up on the taskbar, and it indicates there is a window for it, but it refuses to open, and the window isn't actually there. Please help?

First make sure Dream Maker is closed by closing it in the task manager. Go to your BYOND user data directory--you can find this by going to Preferences | Advanced in the pager--and open up cfg/maker.txt. Delete the window-pos line and then start Dream Maker again.
