it was actually someone else who found this but refused to make a bug report on it. supposedly the hanging windows also stack which ends up lagging the player over time

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem: open up skin interface windows then close them. hover over byond application until it shows up on screen and notice the windows are still hanging

What do you mean by "hang around", exactly? The windows are typically not removed from the skin, but simply stay so they can be reopened. They're removed when the program closes or there's a skin reset.

i'm not really sure about the info on this bug the person who told me about it (he really didn't want me to post it for some reason even deleted his gif) said it causes games that use interfaces to lag because it supposedly stacks windows everytime a player opens one up.
I don't really understand this one. Is the issue that the windows still appear when Windows 10 does its preview thing when alt-tabbing?
Yea, I was told it hinders performance after a while. Idk much about this so I figured I'd just post to see if anyone who knew anything about it would speak up since the person who told me refused to post
I don't see how it could possibly hinder performance.
