This issue has been resolved.
The black color reduces energy consumption energy, I am a case of person who only uses note book
Change the colors black for rgb(120,120,120) and white for rgb(0,0,0)


Do it yourself. This is not a necessity right now.

Lummox JR resolved issue
Unless you happen to be using an oled display, dark themes don't reduce power consumption. The backlight is still on whether your display is full of black or white pixels
Actually, since LCD uses charge to block light, a black background uses more energy.
