Forum searches only seem to return results based on topics/content, and not by author. Even including custom formatting that used to work (author: x) doesn't seem to do a poster search.
Same applies to hub searches. Searching a developer's name will not return any projects by them.

Indeed. I would still prefer such criteria be included in a default search, especially on hubs.

It also looks like searches don't check against text in a post's alternate summary.

Just FYI, we're updating the search system to be more logical. We'll just have a single search bar and it'll search a wide scope by default, with an "advanced" option to narrow various things down. We'll take care of these reported bugs & inconsistencies.
