UPD: Everything i click on doesnt work,it just becomes purple.

That menu is a Space Station 13 thing for your specific server, not a BYOND thing.

Thats strange,server has players on it,but i cant join it.

Problem not in popup (I just forget to turn it off o_o).

Recently we have many reports that people can't join game and get stuck on the screen like this this https://i.imgur.com/17mb7yH.png

Someone said that clearing the cache helps.

P.S> I think that maybe conflicts between cache of different ss13 servers, or something like this, it's possible?
Or just problems in our assets code...
