Some values of motion blur still caused crashes.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary: The conditions are the same as this issue. Certain higher-end values, as seen below, cause instant crashes now (not hangs). (To be specific, the window instantly freezes and I get the "Dream Daemon has stopped working" Windows message.)

Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem:
mob
    verb/test()
        // works:
        filters += filter(type = "motion_blur", x = 8)
        // does not work:
        filters += filter(type = "motion_blur", x = 8, y = 4)


Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time.

When does the problem NOT occur? It does not.

Workarounds: None.

Ah, I see the problem. The numbers are throwing off the algorithm due to rounding error. Should be fixable.
