There isn't any statistical data on how long it takes to get a response from using the support forum, but I would suspect that 48 hours over typical business days would be a reasonable response time.

Typically business days are Monday to Friday. The past week also happens to be holiday in the US (Thanksgiving), so responses might tend to be a bit slower, but should be back to normal by Monday.

Also, be sure to check the email address that was included with the support forum template. That is where responses will be sent.
