The somewhat serious answer is that all games that would likely cause someone to send BYOND a Cease & Desist letter are not allowed to be published (shown on the main games list). It's up to the moderators and staff whether a game is clean (mainly based on the content on the game's hub page, as opposed to content that would only be seen in-game) and should be published.
The BYOND staff won't prevent you from making games in private, making your own website to advertise them, trying to put them on other game listing websites, etc. You can obviously still develop and play games that don't exist on the hub. | |
