If you, like me where having an issue with infinite or endless loading or black games page then your problem might be from the Locale of your pc! its an issue i just solved by going to , on windows 10, Settings/Time & Language/on the right side in related settings, additional date, time & regional settings/ Region/ administrative/ and switching back to English locale.after a restart this should work. i hope this helps. BYOND DEVS FIX THIS ISSUE

Lummox JR	I have no idea how to fix the Japanese locale issue, frankly, and I'm not going to switch my system to Japanese to test it.

MrStonedOne	It doesn't change the language of the ui, just the default codepage.

MrStonedOne	and you can get applocale or localeemulator to do it on a application by application basis for 32bit applications.
