Descriptive Problem Summary: So, everytime I try to join a game with the latest Byond version (and every other betas too), for some reason, the Dream Seeker's window don't popup. It even shows as running on the Task Manager, however, it's consuming literally 80% of the CPU, and it does not open the game that I joined.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem: Not sure.

Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem:

Expected Results: Play my games normally.

Actual Results: I can't open a single program, because Dream Seeker is already eating up my entire CPU.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
In other games? Yes, all games.
In other user accounts? No.
On other computers? No.

When does the problem NOT occur? IT ALWAYS OCCUR.

Workarounds: None (until now).
