Games tab is stuck at loading

I did everything changing my region using another dns stopping my firewalls from blocking it

Most likely, your user data directory has some non-Latin characters in it like Cyrillic. Go to Preferences | Advanced and change your user directory to something simple like C:\BYOND. The problem should go away.
