so you know, matrixes work like this

can we have control over the " 0 0 1 " part? a b c d e f g h j probs? Is it possible?
I think just moving to 4x4 matrices would be what you are looking for.
Altering the last column would be meaningless in two dimensions. Although some graphics standards define the lower right corner as a divisor that's applied to the entire matrix, we don't really do that.

3D matrices are currently not supported, mainly because the software rendering engine is still a thing. I'd like to jettison that and get us to a point where we can support 3D matrices, though.
yeah 4x4 matrices would be good, and honestly why do we care about software mode anymore? I don't think anybody uses it now?
There are some things still using it, not in terms of games but in terms of frontend items. I made mention of this in last week's Patreon post.
