Descriptive Problem Summary:

Map gliding, or offsets due to step_x/y, is not working correctly as of build 512.1427 in isometric mode.

In isometric and side-view modes, map gliding was calculated incorrectly.
There still looks to be a problem with this. It's much better now but it looks to have micro stutters where the gliding will hang for an instant before continuing.
I'm not seeing any stutter when a global move loop with a keydown/keyup system is engaged. I do see some when relying on key repeats for movement though, but that's nothing new.
