Way to open single file without loading dme in dreammaker.

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.

As it is now passing in icon file path to dream maker aslo loads the whole dme if it exists in the root path. Way to override this with some flag would be useful for external tooling.

Maximus_Alex2003	There's a registry editor hack that allows you to right-click dmi files and edit them without opening the whole dme, but it's not preferred since it's windows registry.
