bug fixes:
- fixed a bug where starter items didn't show that they were equipped, even though they were.
- fixed color blending for item "HUD" display icons

- stone road icon updated

- slight color pallate adjustments.

- fencing added
- guild (dragon) village expanded to west and enclosed
- health/mana added w/ micro hud display.

- new internal script to handle building entrances/exits.

Another day, another update.
My work on this patch has mostly been geared towards getting ready for a combat implementation.
hp and energy is now implemented for all mobs, and I've added a micro-hud display below all characters to quickly see how wounded or low on energy they are.
I've added a hospital to the game map. This is going to be one of the places you may end up after being killed.
This patch also comes with a couple of graphic improvements and bug fixes (seen in above notes)
