Multiple frames to paste popup

Pasting a single frame incorrectly acted like pasting multiple frames, which resulted in bogus warnings and also incorrect pasting behavior.

This issue has been resolved.
When I select a single frame, hit ctrl+c, then click to select a different single frame, and then hit ctrl+v I get this popup: "The icon data contains multiple frames to paste. Paste to currently selected icon only?"

I'm getting this every single time I try to copy a frame, even if it's a single frame, like stated above.

Even if it's multiple frames, it should have an option to mark "Do not remind me again" and a toggle on the interface somewhere on Icon.
