Find Instance works incorrectly with Zoom

When zoomed in on the map editor, finding an instance on the map would not scroll to the correct position.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
If you use find instance with zoom other than 100%, DM will display the wrong part of a map.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Add an object somewhere.
2. Set 200% Zoom.
3. Try to "Find Instance on Map" in the object tree.
