Important note: This library depends on my pif_LongInt library
This is an alpha release of my pif_CryptoSuite.ChaCha20 library. I've been sitting on it for a few months and have some changes and optimizations I plan on implementing before a beta release, but I figured someone might have some use for it. At the moment it's a bit slower than I would like, but I have some plans on how to fix that.

- Updated the library so it works with BYOND's new Unicode support.
- Added documentation.
- Added a compiler error in the case that pif_LongInt is not present.
- Note: This library's second release is also on its first birthday. Hurrah!
