Seems too angular and sharp. I take it you used a line tool for most of it? Start by trying to freehand it, then slowly clean up the line art.

lol, yeah line tool was put to use here

freehand or line tools brother curve tool is what i always use + primitive shapes

If you can see in that pic, the index and middle fingers are up, and the thumb is tucked.
Most of his head is covered by his hair, and you can see more hair on the other side of him. your guy also has a beer belly, and lacks any armor. And finally, the sword he's holding is curved, while yours is straight.
