A base I am working on...

Hello there.

I've been working on this base for the past 2 days. When I first started to make the icon, I made the front view, and for the first time liked it. Now, what I need to know is if the side views look larger then the front and back view and ideas on how to make them all fit each other. Other ideas like shading and such would also be very welcomed, thanks.

The look relatively the same size. You need to add some shading and maybe you want to make the arms closer to the body. It looks alittle funny with them so far away from the body.
