Thanks Hulio. I've been working on my iconning and updated the thread. I say it's pretty good progress for only going on DM maybe 5-7 times.

I need some personal opinions on how to make everything better.
Wow, you have improved a pretty good amount. Speaking from V1 to the newest version. But, I do see a couple problems with this basic sprite. One being, the eyes are to high on his head, trying lowering them a bit to get a 45 degree view. You have way to many unnececary colors on your pallete, which makes this tiny sprite have no contrast. I see in V1 you showed some muscle, you shouldn't have taken that away, re-add the muscle. Try adding some ears for a more human like image, also try not to make the first pop out like that. After all that, you should get something ending up a little like this. Photobucket. Now you try, I wanna' see how your's will come out.

Photobucket Moved eyes and added muscle. Ears just don't work well with me as shown below. (Good update.V3 now)

Photobucket Altered face so it wouldn't look bloated as shown below. (pretty bad)

Photobucket (worse)

I'm still just getting into iconning and this is just my first attempt. Obviously my first base attempt was bad also >.>
Need V3 tips
