Shenron is an optical illusion. His tail is rotating left from the dragonballs up to where it meets the curl of his body. Then one is to expect this to be attached to the portion of his body that comes out the left side of his head, which rotates the other direction. You have two portions of body that seem to attach to the head portion. It looks really strange.

Porunga looks neat but it pillowshaded. :)
