Hud Bar Thing?

Welp, i was messing around i could quite get a good scheme for this or a shape but I'm pretty happy with how this came out, but let me know what you guy's think.

It's a futuristic setting RP/PVP game i haven't tough much about it i just saw a futuristic sword image and i was like "Oh wow sexy", lol so i decided to mimic it into a display hud.
