It looks boring.
I couldn't tell someone that you put some time and effort into this.
I think the shape might be kind of good for what you're trying to get, but it doesn't look done.

The shape is fine. But it is really boring. It doesn't look like it's made out of wood,stone or anything. Just a paper building.

This is a little late, but if you're going for 3/4th perspective, which I'm sure you are because most games on BYOND are, you perspective is off. Also your buildings looks very flat, give it some depth.
