Something of that kind was requested already. Didn't look like the Staff was interested in the notion, which is understandable, since it would entail them doing considerable work that would result in little gain (or even become counterproductive when many people decide to make their releases closed-source, damaging the community).

Personally I wouldn't care if something like that got implemented since I doubt the people who have source they'd like to hide have anything worth hiding or that I'd want to use. However probably not going to happen. As LummoxJR has said before it's a lot of work for no real gain.
