Putting Something in Libraries.

I know you goto Hub New Hub Entry and select your thing but,how do put something in the link when it says Open Project Files,everytime i try the Code i give gos into the Discription i need to knowhow to put it in Oepn Project File url.If you know Plzzzzzzz Tell me.I also have another Question how do you realese something in Libraries?Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me.

Figure it out, the creation process tells you everything you need to know, and I don't think a person as annoying as you needs to release a library.
