How do you warp to a diffrent map??

How do you warp to a diffrent map?? Like exiting a town (TownONE.dmp) at the cordinents of 1,78,1 and entering at (world map.dmp) cordinents 8,7,1????????
I have looked almost everywhere and I acnt find one that is what i need!!!!

This is the most asked (and answered) question here. There is a demo by Lord of Water you can find if you click Demos on the left. Or you could do a search on the forms, and find it answered about 150 times.
