And there's a lot that have little problem with it. Music companies take away most of the money that bands make on albums, so, generally, tours make more of a profit for them. This is a common reason that bands like System of a Down and Nine Inch Nails have little problem with it (Though, in NIN's case, Trent Rzeznor has major issues with the music industry, and pretty much formally split with them for his last couple albums, which were released under Creative Commons licenses).
