Function macros

I think some macros on F(unction) keys should be changed, this is what I think the entire F layout should do:

Esc - Toggle Menu (However, also add a tiny button which would restore said menu, just incase people misclick)
F1 - Help File
F2 - Reboot (Also add a "Continue" prompt incase of misclicks)
F3 - Minimize/Restore
F4 - Full Screen (Maximize)/Restore
F5 - Toggle Between screen/icon sizes
F6 - Volume Control
F7 - Suggestions Forum

With the next update:
  • ESC will take the game out of full screen mode, though F2 will remain the key for toggling between full screen and normal.
  • F3 will toggle menu visibility (used to be ESC).
