I need to know where I can get a website cheap to host the game I made. Freewebs.com doesn't let me. It might in the subscription but I can't afford it. How do I put a game on a site and are any domain names cheaper than freewebs?
$300?!!! You said it doesn't cost anything to host a game. I could buy a house for $300.

If you want a service or someone else to do it for you, you have to pay. Nothing in this world is cheap. Also, seriously, I have to find that market. I must be a billionaire where you're from...

I'm afraid you're a tad out of luck. Short of getting a friend with a really good internet connection and using a website like http://www.noip.com, you're out of luck.
Domain names themselves are generally rather cheap. I own about four myself. But I had to pay a considerable amount to get the server the domains are on.
Roughly $10.00 for each domain and about $250.00 for the server itself on a two year payment. Add in the cost of the extra three domains at $30.00, I pay about $290.00USD one year, $30USD the next, then $290.00USD the year after. And it goes on in that pattern. (Convert it all to AUD and that's how much I -actually- pay.)
When looking for a server out there, the main thing you'll want is a Linux system (windows wont be any good). With that you'll also need Command Line (SSH) access and the server needs to do background processing. None of these things come cheap.
About the only place you'll find a good host is DigitalBYOND. Digitalmouse's prices are outrageously cheap for the service he's offering. The only down side to that is, due to customers lack of payments, DigitalBYOND is currently offline. But it wont be for much longer. So check out DigitalBYOND's BYOND page for some information on that.
