Making a command temporarily un usable? (how?)

Ok so lets say i made a command that consumes "MP" ive made a code that consumes the "MP" when the command was used and a proc that tells you when your "MP" reaches 0

i cannot figure out how to make the command un usable though.

how might i do that?

Is there any way to block the command?
