Problem Description: When I try to get on Naruto GOA I have to download about 22,000,000 resources and when I get about halfway there it says connection timed out. If it would just keep going it would finish but it only downloads for a set a amount of time then stops. It never did this before, i used to be able to join just fine.
Steps to Reproduce Problem: I'm not sure it only happens to me when I try to join the server.

Although it is a little hard to tell, it sounds like the issue is probably with the GOA servers. I would contact them to see if any other users are having that trouble. Perhaps browse their forum to see if anyone else has complained.
