Game Hub/Link:none byond hub wont go online

Problem Description:whenever i go into my hub it says offline and wont let me on any games
Steps to Reproduce Problem:start hub or game(stays at connecting forever) login to hub on the bottom it says Spier9(offline)on the hub it also says byond central is not acessable
