How to dowload please help

How do i dowload or get to dreakmaker, the rpg guide says to open it from the programs menu but i don't see it.

DreamMaker comes with the BYOND installer. It is bundled with DreamSeeker, DreamDaemon, and the Pager. To start it, you normally can go to "Start>All Programs>BYOND>DreamMaker", or, if you are missing shortcuts, try "C:\Program Files\BYOND\bin\DreamMaker.exe"
