I cant get on certain games but other games work. Why?

Problem Description:
I tried to join the game Shinobi and it said connected to the game then quickly went to connetion failed. I checked the games page and it said that there were players online.
I then checked another game (pokemon RP reborn) and it worked.

I also tried to join many other games such as Dragonball Z Onslaught,Naruto Hidden Shadows,Return Of Chaos 3,Pokemon Citrine Online,Naruto Birth of the Legendary Shinobi and Naruto: Akatsuki Takeover and the same message saying Connection failed, and those games are online.

The information asked for in the template is not meant to annoy you, but for those willing to help to get an idea of problems that might have occurred.
So, providing these is crucial for everyone seriously attempting to help, as without them, every advice is just blind guessing.

Just as an example:
It might as well be your BYOND version that is outdated.

I already tried to update my BYOND, but it still wouldnt let me play certain games.
