Can't see PMs and games won't save to the Hub

Internet Connection Type:DSL
Firewalls/Routers:Windows Firewall at&t 2wire router

Problem Description:
After a few days of using BYOND,Duel Monsters Unlimited and BYOND disappears from my hub so i can't update or host it on Dream Daemon.I think there was a code on adding games to your hub manually but i forgot it.
Also,eve since i got my first Pager message(which was blank),every message sent to me was blank,i uninstalled and reinstalled but it didn't work

Steps to Reproduce Problem:
i can't reproduce it since i don't know how it happened in the first place

This sounds like a tricky issue.
Would you try to follow these instructions please as a first step?
