Unexpected status 403 prevents me from downloading game

Game Hub/Link: Mitadake High (Version Public Alpha 1.6k2)
Internet Connection Type: Firefox 3.0.6 (DSL connection)
Firewalls/Routers: Norton Internet Security

Problem Description: When I try to download Mitadake High, I get this message:
Downloading Mitadake High (9208379 bytes).
Failed to download data (HTTP server returned unexpected status: 403 Forbidden).

Steps to Reproduce Problem: went to minimum firewall setting and tried downloading game again. Doublechecked the possible meanings of error 403, found nothing new, tried downloading game again. Restarted BYOND, tried downloading game again. Tried to find FAQs, didn't help, now I'm here.

That is something neither we, nor you can do anything about (other than to contact the owner of said game).
The download link leads to a location that prevents public access, which often happens either when a BYOND Membership runs out, or when some free-file-host decides to limit the downloads.
