Problem Description: I am trying to setup hosting for byond worlds. I have followed the included documentation to the point where it asks to enter "host.start" into the terminal, I have cd to the folder ~/byond/host and recieve the error "bash: host.start: command not found". Could anyone point me out to what Iḿ doing wrong?

When you unzip the .zip file for linux, and go into the byond/host folder there is an html and txt file that have instructions for setting up a different kind of hosting to what I can already do. This is what I would like to achieve. EDIT: Just to add, I was able to get host.start to work by adding sh into the front. "sh host.start". I don't remember it saying that in the documentation, just said something along the lines enter host.start into the terminal. |
