Go back to your original post and look at all the items listed in the template. Edit the post and fill each of those in with the relevant info (for example, the fact that your operating system is Windows XP).

Once you've done that, take a look at the description and see if there's a way you can give us more information. Describe the problem in more detail, and if possible break it down step by step so we can follow along and see where things are going wrong.
