Im just wondering but is there acually a once size fits all skin? Because skins ushally do not fit every screen. If so how do you make it one size fits all?
A skin can be maximized, or the window size can be adjusted, as long as the skin's designer doesn't take out the ability to do so. A well-developed skin should use anchors so that the controls in the window can move and change size as the window changes size.

Usually I approach skin design by starting small, with a 640×480 base size. I never seriously believe anyone will use that small a size, but it's easier to start small and scale up. Just make sure you use anchors properly and you'll be in good shape.
